ESWEEK | Information for Presenters

Presentation slots for journal-track papers are 30 min, and you
should reserve 25 min for your talk + 5 min for questions & answers
from the audience. For work-in-progress papers, your slot is 5 min
in total, including possible short questions by the audience.

Please bring your slides on a USB stick and meet with your Session
Chair 30 minutes before your session in the assigned room to upload
your presentations and check compatibility with the laptops
available in the conference rooms. Your Session Chair will also be
in contact with you beforehand to collect your bio and speaker
information.

Each session is followed by a 30 min poster session in the foyer.
All authors of journal-track and work-in-progress papers are
expected to prepare and bring a poster, to be available at the
poster sessions for in-depth discussion of their work with the
audience in front of the poster immediately following the technical
session.

Every paper will have a designated poster board, and the maximum
size of a poster that can be used is A0. On every conference day,
all presenters of papers in the morning sessions can affix their
posters first thing in the morning and they have to remove the
posters at lunch time. All presenters in the afternoon sessions can
affix their posters during lunch time and they have to remove the
posters at the end of the day. There will be labels on the poster
boards instructing the authors where they should mount their
posters. Special pins to affix the posters to the boards will be
provided.

As a reminder, every paper requires a full registration (even if
the presenter is a student). Advance registration ends on 10th of
September 2017 and is available online at:
http://www.esweek.org/registration.

The hotel reservation deadline with a reduced room rate is on the
10th of September as well, see http://www.esweek.org/travel-stay.
